Common Mistakes

Do not use products like Murphy's Oil Soap, they are drying to the wood, causing the shine to look dull.
Also, if you use this product and products like this you will not be able to Screen and Re-coat your floor at a low price.
You will need to Sand and Refinish.
Using Products containing oils, paste wax,and Silicone based products are a sure way to guarantee a need for a Sand and Finish.
